Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Isole Studio processes your personal data when you visit isolestudio.com or use its contact form, in line with Article 10 of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Last updated: October 3, 2026.

Data controller

The data controller for your personal data is Isole Studio, operating as a sole proprietorship owned by Furkan İnce. For any question or request about this notice, contact us at contact@isolestudio.com.

What we process, why, and on what legal basis

Contact form data (name, optional email address, subject, and message content): processed to answer the request or message you write. The data is collected automatically through the form on the site. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
Visit and usage data (IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, visit duration, approximate location, and cookie identifiers): processed to measure how the site is used and to improve it. The data is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies; details are in the Cookie Policy. These cookies are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site. Legal basis: your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1).
Hosting records (standard server records such as IP address and access time): the site's hosting provider may keep these for security and operation. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

Who receives your data

Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics): visit and usage data.
Yandex (Yandex Metrika): visit and usage data.
Hostinger: website hosting and email infrastructure. Messages sent through the contact form are stored as email on this infrastructure.
Authorized public bodies: only when a legal obligation requires it.

Google's and Yandex's servers may be located outside Turkey, so your visit and usage data may be transferred abroad.

How long we keep it

Contact messages: kept for as long as is reasonably needed to answer your request and any follow-up correspondence, then deleted or anonymized.
Visit and usage data: kept for the retention period configured in Google Analytics (at most 14 months) and under Yandex's own policy.

Your rights under KVKK Article 11

By applying to the data controller, you may request to:

Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it.
Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly.
Know the third parties your data is transferred to.
Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set by law, and ask that this be notified to the third parties it was transferred to.
Object to an outcome against you that results from analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems.
Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

How to apply

Send your request to contact@isolestudio.com. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. Your request will be answered as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days, depending on its nature.
