Rollie: Account & Data Deletion
This page explains how to delete your account and data for Rollie, a mobile game published by Isole Studio.
How to delete your account and data
Rollie does not require creating a separate Isole Studio account. Sign-in is handled entirely through Google Play Games Services, and no player data is stored on Isole Studio's own servers. To delete your data:
- Uninstall Rollie. This immediately removes all data stored locally on your device, including settings, unlocked cosmetics, and in-game currency.
- Delete your Google Play Games save data. Open your Google Account's Play Games settings (Google Play Games app → Profile → Data & privacy, or myaccount.google.com → Data & privacy → Play Games Services) and delete the saved game data associated with Rollie. This data is stored and managed by Google, not by Isole Studio.
- Contact us for anything else. For any other question about your data, email support@isolegames.com.
What data is deleted, and when
Isole Studio does not operate a backend server or account database for Rollie. All data associated with your play falls into two categories:
- Local device data (settings, unlocked cosmetics, in-game currency, run progress): deleted immediately when Rollie is uninstalled.
- Google Play Games Services data (your player ID, cloud save progress, leaderboard scores): stored and retained by Google under Google's own retention policy, until you delete it yourself through your Google Account settings, or revoke Rollie's access under Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access.
